Of course! To find someone, who has deep knowledge of System Architecture, Network Architecture, IT-Security, Device Management ,.. can easily take up to 12 months and will cost you a yearly salary of 70.000 to 80.000 Euro. Then you have one person, who can get sick or will take vacation from time to time. So better hire two for double the costs.
Add the additional costs of employment and the license costs for all your team members on top and you end up realistically at 120.000 Euro (or more) per year.

There is no "big enough" to start with proper IT structures and systems. The One-Time Launch Fee covers all costs and tasks associated with the onboarding of your company as a new customer of femur-IT.
The onboarding process takes - depending on the size of your company - up to one month. During that time, we will have multiple sync-sessions to discuss the details of your environment and your requirements. Based on that, we will build and configure all backend systems to provide the best possible IT-service to you. This includes setting up of e-mail, calendar, storage and communication solutions. Collecting of all your asset information for proper asset management. Defining default configurations for your devices. If required, we will also register one domain for you!
The monthly Base Fee covers all costs related to your company's IT needs. As your company grows, so does the workload to keep everything up and running.
The Monthly User Fee covers all costs related to your team-members: license for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, license for device management covering one computer and up to two mobile devices (supported platforms include macOS, Windows 11, iOS, iPadOS, and Android), device security and threat prevention, password management with 1Password, access to our IT helpdesk as a single point of contact for all IT related issues, security awareness training materials, and on site or live call security trainings twice per year.
That is a very likely scenario as we concentrate on providing the core systems needed by every business. On top of that, there will be things - related to your specific business needs - that also require the attention of your IT-administration. These topics will be discussed on a case-by-case basis, but as a general rule of thumb: giving advice and consulting on IT-topics is always covered by your Base Fee. Integrating services with our systems is also covered by your Base-Fee. Maintaining additional services though could be sometimes leading to additional costs.
